We will develop for you a systematic approach to managing and nurturing client relationships ('DiSC' profiling). Through realistic client scenarios, role-plays, team exercises and case studies you will be offered an in-depth, individual feedback about your own preferred relationship management style, including a sales and negotiation audit plus an analysis of strengths and limitations. Finally a methodology for profiling your clients' buying psychology and for adapting one's style to suit the customer will complete the suite of skills required by today's Relationship Managers.
