Corporate Strategy: Analysis & Implementation
Course Objectives:
This seminar will address the key components of an effective strategy, and the steps required for an effective strategy formulation. It will highlight critical issues such as the relationship of strategy to industry structure, and the critical sources of competitive advantage such as cost leadership and differentiation. It will also discuss the strengths and limitations of the various tools used for strategic analysis, and emphasize the role of implementation effectiveness for strategic success.
