Popis kurzu na míru Six Sigma (2 day training)

Training Overview:  Participants will learn to use the science of Six Sigma. They will learn from an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt, who will teach the entire D.M.A.I.C. method. DMAIC is the structured Six Sigma approach for process improvement. The DMAIC process can be applied to any situation where a process, be it physical (i.e. manufacturing) or transactional, is producing measurable results. Projects can be anything from decreasing the number of manufacturing defects, to decreasing the number of overdue accounts receivable, to increasing sales in the Czech Republic.

 

Goals:  

  • Understand what process/manufacturing improvement means and its benefits.
  • Understand how successful Six Sigma project teams are formed.
  • Understand the DMAIC process.
  • Understand and practice the tools in the Six Sigma tool belt.
  • See the value of projects done locally.
  • Understand how Six Sigma can improve your business.
  • Understand that Six Sigma is cost reduction, process streamlining, lowering defects and increasing sales.
  • Understanding Six Sigma Metrics. How to measure and what to measure.
  • Understand how you can prioritize your needed improvement projects.
  • Running multiple projects – the dashboard.

  • Understanding the management of projects & processes.
  • How to form a Six Sigma team – team makeup.
  • Six Sigma methodology: Define.
  • Six Sigma methodology: Measure.
  • Six Sigma methodology: Analyze.
  • Six Sigma methodology: Improve.
  • Six Sigma methodology: Control.
  • Six Sigma Project/process success examples in the Czech Republic & abroad.
  • How to build an idea hopper for new projects.
  • How to conduct a Pareto analysis on your hopper and assign projects.

 

Content of Day 2:

  • The Six Sigma Tool belt.
  • How to carry out a KA (to identify and prioritize your pipeline).
  • C&E Matrix.
  • FMEA  Matrix.
  • RACI Matrix.
  • Roles & Responsibilities.
  • Interpreting basic statistics.
  • DFSS – Design For Six Sigma.
  • Lean methodology for Six Sigma.
  • Completion of a live project – step by step.

 

Training Methodology: 50% Theory, 50% Practical

This will be an interactive session, drawing from experience and prompting the participants to engage in discussions and analysis of case studies and the readings (provided by the trainer) as well as role-play activities carried out during the training.
