Training Overview: This training will provide participants with an understanding of the contemporary issues, debates and challenges concerning the application of law and ethics to business. It will provide an overview of legal systems, substantive law applicable to business, and comparative law perspectives. As well, it will explore ethical foundations, frameworks, and dilemmas, theories of moral reasoning, professional codes of conduct, and the similarities and differences between the law governing business people and their ethical duties.

This will be an interactive session, drawing from experience and prompting the participants to engage in discussions and analysis of case studies and the readings (provided by the trainer) as well as role-play activities carried out during the training.
