A two day course focused on leadership skills designed for individuals already actively engaged in practical management. To deliver results, we will focus on applying core management skills, tools and techniques. Leadership techniques are practiced using a series of role-plays, including performance analysis and self-confidence building. Jack Welch's 4 E's strategy is used as a primary source to define leadership techniques and principles.
The target audiences for this course are senior level directors, senior managers of strategic business units and advanced level managers. The course would be also beneficial to managers working in governmental or nonprofit organizations where increasing business complexity requires management to have these leadership skills. The course would also be suitable for those high performing executives, who wish to take on a significant corporate leadership position.
We designed our methodology with a focus on the elements within motivation where the optimal impact within a business context can be achieved. The course is designed by business people for business people. We do not use an academic approach with few practical references, but rather a holistic approach leveraging the latest research combined with business practical and global experience.
