A two day training course focused on negotiation skills designed for individuals just starting to use negotiation in English on a day-to-day basis. Negotiation techniques are practiced by a series of role-plays. The course involves performance analysis and self-confidence building. Video and case study analysis will also be a part of the course.
Employees not comfortable or just beginning with negotiating in English. Executives, managers and employees in need of enhancing their negotiation skills so that they would be able to deal with complex, transactional negotiations, including multiparty, high-stakes, internal and external, global and cross-cultural negotiations.
We designed our methodology with a focus on the elements within negotiation where we can achieve the optimal impact within a business context. This course was designed by business people for business people. We do not use an academic approach with few practical references, but rather a holistic approach leveraging the latest research combined with business practical and global experience.
